The temp is normal, about the noise... you could do a few things.

Take out the cooler and put a few drops of extra fine oil. I have some oil from a sewing machine and it always help.
And as Jim said, you could clean the fan. I use a paint brush to take out the dust and the dirt.

PS you can also clean the power supply (that is also making noise)

Check out the other fans as Hal points out. Many times the power supply fan can make noise. Dependig of what kind of noise it may be you can deduce a bit what it could be. Screenshot seems normal...
Make sure that it isn't a piece of plastic stuck in the GPU or CPU disipator or in the fan itself. It happens more often than one could think.Older PC ATX cases tends to "deform" a bit with time because of weight from components etc, leaving into not good case vibrations.

Graphic card seems normal temperature, a little high but nothing unusual or to worry.
The CPU (i7-930) is a bit high, true. Not in danger of damage or so, it can handle more ºC even.
I see the CPU voltage (1.62 V) is constant, so probably you don't have energy saving scheme enabled. For this you must go into the BIOS to check or enable it if it is disabled, of course.
Reboot and before Windows loads, depending on your motherboard, press DEL key or F2 to enter into the BIOS menu. Once there you must find it under maybe CPU, Energy  or Power settings or something like that. Remember APIC 2.0 must be enabled but on many boards this value is disabled. Save changes (F10 normally) and reboot. Compare voltages and temperatures again if it is cooling down. Also you can change energy settings on windows 7 or higher by selecting another energy scheme rather than maximum.

Are you sure it's not the CPU fan making noise. or one of the case fans? They can go bad too.

Sometimes when working on a computer, a fan wire or something ends up just slightly touching the blades of a fan, and that makes noise. You may want to check for that too. It's very unlikely the new video card is making noise, unless something is touching the fan.

What kind of noise? I just installed a new one in my computer too and it sounds like I have a cricket in the case.

Temps for the graphic card seems ok. When working it can go up to over 90 deg C. it's normal. But you cpu is little high. Maybe some cleaning from dust may help.

If dust is stuck under the fan blocking the airflow you can use one of those you use to clean your ears. works very good.
